CXVD3365

CXVD3365是一个视频缓冲器,它集成了三个6dB增益轨对轨输出驱动器和三个三阶输出重建滤波器,a-3dB带宽为9MHz和44V/μs转换速率。与无源LC滤波器和离散驱动器解决方案相比,CXVD3365在3.3V到5.5V的单电源供电下运行,提供了更好的图像质量。
CXVD3365可与输入视频信号(如DAC的输出级)进行DC或AC耦合,以消除带外噪声。如果需要交流耦合输入,可以使用内部二极管夹和偏置电路。CXVD3365还集成了一个内部电平移位电路,避免了同步脉冲被截断,并允许直流耦合输出。CXVD3365中的驱动器可以驱动直流或交流耦合的单(150Ω)或双(75Ω)负载。
CXVD3365采用绿色SOIC-8封装,ESD(HBM)达到8KV。

      CXVD3365 is a video buffer which integrates triple 6dB gain rail-to-rail output drivers and triple 3rd-order output reconstruction filters with a -3dB bandwidth of 9MHz and 44V/μs slew rate. Operating from single power supply ranging from 3.3V to 5.5V, the CXVD3365 provides improved image quality compared with passive LC filters and discrete drivers solution.

CXVD3365 can be DC-coupled or AC-coupled with input video signal, such as the output stage of DAC to eliminate out-of-band noise. Internal diode clamps and bias circuitry may be used if AC-coupled inputs are required. CXVD3365 also integrates an internal level shift circuit which avoids sync-pulse being clipped and allows DC-coupled output. The drivers in CXVD3365 can drive DC- or AC-coupled single (150Ω) or dual (75Ω) loads.pp0嘉泰姆
