CXDC65118系列产品是把线圈和控制IC组成一体的超小型(2.5mm×2.0mm, h=1.0mm) 降压DC/DC转换器。只在外接元件中追加2个陶瓷电容即可制作最大1.0A的电源电路。因为内置了线圈,使得电路板布局变得更为简单,能把因配置元件及布线路径而引起的错误动作及噪声抑制在最小限度。输入电压范围在2.5V~5.5V之间。在内部可以设定0.8V~3.6V的输出电压范围。振荡频率为3.0MHz,电路方式采用了同步整流方式。工作模式为瞬态响应特性优越的 “HiSAT-COT(*)控制”,可以根据用途从“PWM控制”和“PWM/PFM自动转换控制”中任选一种控制方式。“PWM控制”能把输出纹波电压抑制在小范围。“PWM/PFM自动转换控制”能实现从轻负载到重负载的整个负载区域的高效率。在内部设定了0.3ms (TYP.)的软启动时间,能使输出电压高速地上升。内置了UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out),当输入电压在1.6V (min.)以下时,强制地使内部驱动晶体管停止工作。当CE=Low时,通过CL放电功能可以释放CL (负载电容)的电荷,把消耗电流抑制在1.0μA以下

An internal coil simplifies the circuit and enables minimization of noise and other operational trouble due to the circuit wiring. A wide operating voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V enables support for applications that require an internally fixed output voltage (0.8V to 3.6V). The CXDC65117/CXDC65118 series uses synchronous rectification at an operating frequency of 3.0MHz. The CXDC65117/CXDC65118 series uses HiSAT-COT (*) synchronous rectification. HiSAT-COT+PWM control (CXDC65117) or HiSAT-COT+automatic PWM/PFM switching control (CXDC65118) can be selected. The series have a high speed soft-start as fast as 0.3ms in typical for quick turn-on. With the built-in UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out) function, the internal P-channel driver transistor is forced OFF when input voltage becomes 2.0V or lower. When CE=Low, the integrated CL discharge function which enables the electric charge at the output capacitor CL to be discharged via the internal discharge switch located between the LX and VSS pins. The power consumption will be less than 1.0μA.30S嘉泰姆
