CXLD6480 series is a group of positive voltage output, low power Bsz嘉泰姆

consumption, low dropout voltage regulator. CXLD6480 can provideBsz嘉泰姆

output value in the range of 1.0V~4.5V every 0.1V step. It also Bsz嘉泰姆

can be customized on command. CXLD6480 can also work under a Bsz嘉泰姆

wide input voltage ranging from 2.0V to 6V. CXLD6480 includes high Bsz嘉泰姆

accuracy voltage reference, error amplifier, current limit circuit Bsz嘉泰姆

and output driver module. CXLD6480 has excellent load and line Bsz嘉泰姆

transient response and good temperature characteristics, which Bsz嘉泰姆

can assure the stability of chip and power system. And it uses Bsz嘉泰姆

trimming technique to guarantee output voltage accuracy withinBsz嘉泰姆

±2%. CXLD6480 is available in SOT-23-3, SOT-23-5, SC-70-5 and Bsz嘉泰姆
