CXSD62269固定频率，电流模，PWM架构的降压型变换器。该芯片集成了主开关管和同步管以提高效率。2.5V到5.5V的输入电压范围使得CXSD62269/B适用于采用单节锂离子电池或3节NiMH/NiCd电池的便携系统。输出电压可低至0.6V。CXSD62269/B可提供1A的输出电流，并可提供100%占空比的低压降运行
