CXLB7389

CXLB7389系列是高度集成的单电池手提式锂离子/聚合物电池充电器设备。此充电器设计用于交流适配器或USB端口的类型,能够在低至2.65V的输入电压下工作。CXLB7389作为线性充电器工作,并为电池分为三个阶段:滴流,恒流,和恒定电压。当使用交流适配器时
外部电阻设置充电电流的大小,可通过TDFN10编程至1.5A封装和限流适配器,功耗最低
消散。CXLB7389采用热调节回路进行控制电路板缺电时保持安全运行的充电电流足够散热。可编程充电定时器为终端提供备用安全。CXLB7389如果电池电压低于内部阈值并自动进入移除直流电源时的休眠模式。无外部充电需要感测电阻器或阻断二极管。一个NTC热敏电阻接口用于为电池充电在安全温度范围内。

The CXLB7389 series are highly integrated single cell0oY嘉泰姆

Li-Ion/Polymer battery charger IC designed for handheld0oY嘉泰姆

devices. This charger is designed to work with various0oY嘉泰姆

types of AC adapters or a USB port and capable of0oY嘉泰姆

operating with an input voltage as low as 2.65V.0oY嘉泰姆

The CXLB7389 operates as a linear charger and charges the0oY嘉泰姆

battery in three phases: trickle current, constant current,0oY嘉泰姆

and constant voltage. When AC-adapter is applied, an0oY嘉泰姆

external resistor sets the magnitude of the charge current,0oY嘉泰姆

which may be programmed up to 1.5A with TDFN100oY嘉泰姆

package and a current-limited adapter for lowest power0oY嘉泰姆

dissipation.0oY嘉泰姆

The CXLB7389 features thermal regulation loop to control0oY嘉泰姆

charge current to keep safe operation when PCB lacked of0oY嘉泰姆

enough heat-sinking. A programmable charge timer0oY嘉泰姆

provides a backup safety for termination. The CXLB73890oY嘉泰姆

automatically re-starts the charge if the battery voltage0oY嘉泰姆

falls below an internal threshold and automatically enters0oY嘉泰姆

sleep mode when DC supplies are removed. No external0oY嘉泰姆

sense resistor or blocking diode is required for charging. A0oY嘉泰姆

NTC thermistor interface is used for charging the battery0oY嘉泰姆
