CXLB7254

CXLB7254是一个完全恒定的电流和常数单电池锂离子电池用电压线性充电器。其标准操作程序包和低外部组件计数使CXLB7254非常适合便携式应用。此外,CXLB7254专门设计用于

The    CXLB7254 is a complete constant current & constantSwU嘉泰姆

voltage linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries.SwU嘉泰姆

Its SOP package and low external component countSwU嘉泰姆

make the    CXLB7254 ideally suited for portable applications.SwU嘉泰姆

Furthermore, the    CXLB7254 is specifically designed toSwU嘉泰姆

work within USB power specifications.SwU嘉泰姆

No external sense resistor is needed, and no blockingSwU嘉泰姆

diode is required due to the internal MOSFETSwU嘉泰姆

architecture. Thermal feedback regulates the chargeSwU嘉泰姆

current to limit the die temperature during high powerSwU嘉泰姆

operation or high ambient temperature. The chargeSwU嘉泰姆

voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charge current can beSwU嘉泰姆

programmed externally with a single resistor. TheSwU嘉泰姆

CXLB7254 automatically terminates the charge cycle whenSwU嘉泰姆

the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmed valueSwU嘉泰姆

after the final float voltage is reached.SwU嘉泰姆

When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) isSwU嘉泰姆

removed, the    CXLB7254 automatically enters a low currentSwU嘉泰姆

state, dropping the battery drain current to less than 2uA.SwU嘉泰姆

The    CXLB7254 can be put into shutdown mode, reducingSwU嘉泰姆

the supply current to 50uA.SwU嘉泰姆
