      The CXSU63205 is a constant frequency, 6-pin SOT23 current mode step-up converter JJE嘉泰姆

intended for small,low power applications. The CXSU63205 switches at 1.2MHz and allowsJJE嘉泰姆

 the use of tiny, low cost capacitors and inductors 2mm or less in height.Internal soft-startJJE嘉泰姆

 results in small inrush current and extends battery life.The CXSU63205 features automatic JJE嘉泰姆

shifting to pulse frequency modulation mode at light loads. The CXSU63205 includes JJE嘉泰姆

under-voltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection to preventJJE嘉泰姆

damage in the event of an output overload. The CXSU63205 is available in a small 6-pin JJE嘉泰姆
