    CXSD62503 is a high-efficiency 1 MHz synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator capable of delivering up to 5A output current. CXSD62503 operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V and integrates the main switch and the synchronous switch with very low R_DS(ON) to minimize the conduction losses.s5y嘉泰姆
