The CXLE87160 is a current mode monolithic Buck LED driver. The LED current can be controlled with an analog input voltage.  The integrated 30V/2A N-Channel MOSFET ensures high efficiency operation.  At light loads, CXLE87160 operates in low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. The CXLE87160 also has thermal protection at 130℃. The CXLE87160 is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 package, which provides a compact solution with minimal external components.
