         CXSU63184内部集成了一个500KHz高效、同步升压转换器和一个高PSRR、低噪声、快速瞬态响应低压降线性稳压器（LDO），二者完全独立控制。2.2V~5.5V的输入电压范围，使此器件适用于2节NiMH/NiCd电池或者是1节Li-ion电池的应用环境。CXSU63184 Boost具有500KHz的工作频率，允许客户使用较小的外围器件，从而节约板上空间。片内同时集成两个同步整流管，极大的提高了此IC峰值效率。内部补偿和软启动功能更进一步减少外围器件并限制启动时的电流过冲。在关断模式下，该转换器能实现输入、输出完全断开，负载输出电流<0.1uA。CXSU63184 LDO具有高精度、极低压降、低静态电流、启动快等特点，提供高达600mA电流的输出能力；为了方便客户应用，并提供独立的输入电源引脚。 同时，此LDO采用低ESR的陶瓷电容来减小PCB的面积，一个2.2uF的陶瓷电容就足以保证LDO在整个负载范围内的稳定工作。通过BYPASS外接旁路电容以获得高PSRR、低噪声。另外，根据客户需求，输出电压可以在出场前预设为1.2V、1.8V、2.5V或3.3V。CXSU63184采用3mm×3mm TDFN10封装。The CXSU63184 provides a high efficiency 500kHz synchronous step-up converter and a low noise, high PSRR, low dropout (LDO) fixed output linear regulator with independent enable pins. CXSU63184 input voltage range is 2.2V to 5.5V, making it ideal for applications with either a 2-cell NiMH/NiCd or a single-cell lithium-ion/polymer batteries. The CXSU63184 500kHz fixed frequency synchronous step-up converter uses smaller external components producing a compact solution for a wide range of load currents. Integrated N-Channel main switch and P-Channel synchronous rectifier greatly improve converter efficiency. Internal soft-start function reduces inrush current. The CXSU63184 synchronous step-up convert regulates the output voltage up to 6V. When the synchronous step-up convert is disabled, the internal conduction path from SW to OUT is fully blocked. This output disconnect feature isolates the output from the input and reduces the shutdown current less than 0.1μA. The CXSU63184 LDO linear regulator has an independent input supply pin and is capable of delivering up to 600mA load current. It offers high output accuracy, extremely low dropout voltage, low quiescent current and fast start-up time. LDO is designed to work with low-ESR ceramic capacitors. Only a 2.2uF ceramic output capacitor can make the device stable over the entire load range. Optionally connecting a capacitor from BYPASS pin to GND gets high PSRR. The CXSU63184 LDO output voltage is factory pre-set 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V or 3.3V. The CXSU63184 is available in a 10pin 3mm × 3mm TDFN-10 package.
