   The CXSD6110A CXSD6110 is a high efficiency synchronous,buck DC/DC converter using a
constant frequency, current mode architecture. 100% duty cycle capability extendsxPA嘉泰姆
battery life in portable devices, while the supply current is 200μA with no load, andxPA嘉泰姆
drops to<1μA in shutdown. The 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range makes theCXSD6110A CXSD6110 ideally suited for battery-powered applications.single Li-IonSwitchingxPA嘉泰姆
frequency is internally set at 0.95MHz,allowing the use of small surface mount inductorsxPA嘉泰姆
and capacitors.The internal synchronous switch increases efficiency and eliminatesxPA嘉泰姆
the need for an external Schottky diode. Low output voltages are easily supportedxPA嘉泰姆
with the 0.8V feedback reference voltage. The CXSD6110A CXSD6110 is available in a low profile  SOT-23-5L package.xPA嘉泰姆
