     The   CXSD6209A  is a current mode monolithic buck switching regulator. Operating with an input RYi嘉泰姆

range  of 3.6-40V, the CXSD6209A  delivers 2A of continuous output current with two integrated N-ChannelRYi嘉泰姆

 MOSFETs.RYi嘉泰姆
   The CXSD6209A internal synchronous power switches provide high efficiency withoutRYi嘉泰姆
the use of an external Schottky diode. At light loads, regulators operate in low frequency toRYi嘉泰姆
maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. Current mode control provides tight load transient response RYi嘉泰姆

and cycle-by-cycle current limit.RYi嘉泰姆
          The CXSD6209A guarantees robustness with short-circuit protection, thermal protection,RYi嘉泰姆
start-up current run-away protection, and input under voltage lockout.RYi嘉泰姆
  The CXSD6209A is available in 8-pin ESOP  package, which provides a compact solution withRYi嘉泰姆
minimal external components. The package has  an exposed pad for low thermal resistanceRYi嘉泰姆
