   The CXSD6139 is a synchronous, 1.4MHz, fix frequency PWM Buck converter. r4C嘉泰姆

It is ideal for powering portable equipment that powered by a single cell r4C嘉泰姆

Lithium-ion batter, or USB port.r4C嘉泰姆

     The CXSD6139 can provide up to 3A of load current with output voltage r4C嘉泰姆

as low as 0.8V. It can operate at 100% duty cycle for low dropout application.r4C嘉泰姆

With its peak current mode control  and outside compensation, the CXSD6139 r4C嘉泰姆

is stable with ceramic capacitors and small inductors.r4C嘉泰姆

 CXSD6139 comprises a cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermal shutdownr4C嘉泰姆

 to protect itself from  fault application.r4C嘉泰姆

      CXSD6139 is available in DFN 3x3 -10 package.r4C嘉泰姆
