   The CXSD6123B is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-downM7V嘉泰姆

 switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 1.2A of M7V嘉泰姆

output current. The device operates from an input voltageM7V嘉泰姆

 range of 2.6V to 7.0V and provides an output  voltage fromM7V嘉泰姆

 0.6V to VIN, making the CXSD6123B ideal for low voltage M7V嘉泰姆

power conversions.Running at a fixed frequency of 1.5MHzM7V嘉泰姆

 allows the use of small external components, such as M7V嘉泰姆

ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors,M7V嘉泰姆

while still providing low output ripples. This low noise output M7V嘉泰姆

along with its excellent efficiency achieved by the internal M7V嘉泰姆

synchronous rectifier,making CXSD6123B an ideal green replacement for M7V嘉泰姆

large power consuming linear regulators. Internal soft-start M7V嘉泰姆

control circuitry reduces inrush current.Short-circuit  and M7V嘉泰姆

thermal-overload improves design reliability.CXSD6123B is M7V嘉泰姆

housed in a SOT23-5 PackageM7V嘉泰姆
