regulator ICs capable of delivering up to 1.5A output currents. The CXSD61038A CXSD61038B canI24嘉泰姆

operate over a wide input voltage range from 2.3V to 5.5V and integrate main switch andI24嘉泰姆

synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss.I24嘉泰姆

          It is ideal for powering portable equipment that runs from a single cell Lithium-Ion (Li+)I24嘉泰姆

battery. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. The CXSD61038A CXSD61038B can also run atI24嘉泰姆

100% duty cycle for low dropout operation,extending battery life in portable system.I24嘉泰姆

This device offers two operation modes,PWM control and PFM Mode switchingI24嘉泰姆
