The CXSD61032 are high-efficiency 1.5MHz synchronous step-down DC-DCv8m嘉泰姆
regulator ICs capable of delivering up to 1.5A output currents, respectively. The v8m嘉泰姆
CXSD61032 operates over a wide input voltage range from 3V to 5.5V and integratev8m嘉泰姆
main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize thev8m嘉泰姆
conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and v8m嘉泰姆
capacitor sizes are achieved with 1.5MHz switching frequency.v8m嘉泰姆
