CXPC3346

CXPC3346是一个功率管理单元(PMU),具有1个同步降压和2个CMOS低损耗稳压器,为降压输出提供1.5A的最大电流,为每个LDO的输出提供0.5A的最大电流。同步buck是一种高效的单片同步buck稳压器,采用恒定频率、电流模式结构。该设备有可调版本。空载供电电流为40uA,停机时降至<1uA。2.5V至6V的输入电压范围使CXPC3346非常适合单锂离子电池供电的应用。100%占空比提供低漏失操作,延长便携式系统的电池寿命。PWM/PFM模式操作为噪声敏感应用提供非常低的输出纹波电压。开关频率内部设置为1.5MHz,允许使用小型表面贴装电感和电容器。低输出电压很容易支持与0.6V反馈参考电压。
两个LDO都是低电压降稳压器,最大输出电流为0.5A。在0.5A负载电流下的典型漏失电压为0.8V,具有良好的负载和线路暂态响应,良好的温度特性,可以保证芯片和电力系统的稳定性。通过微调,每个通道的输出精度设置在2%以内。典型的LDO输出电压:VO1=2.8V,VO2=1.8V。每0.1V步进可提供1.2V~4.5V范围内的其它固定电压。它也可以根据命令定制。LDOs还可以在2V到6V的宽输入电压下工作,并提供折叠短路保护和输出限流功能。

The CXPC3346 is a power management unit (PMU), with 1 synchronous Buck and 2 CMOS low-dropout regulators that delivers a maximum current of 1.5A for Buck’s output and a maximum current of 0.5A for each individual LDO’s output.606嘉泰姆
The synchronous buck is a high-efficiency monolithic synchronous buck regulator using a constant frequency, current mode architecture. The device is available in an adjustable version. Supply current with no load is 40uA and drops to <1uA in shutdown. The 2.5V to 6V input voltage range makes the CXPC3346 ideally suited for single Li-Ion battery powered applications. 100% duty cycle provides low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable systems. PWM/PFM mode operation provides very low output ripple voltage for noise sensitive applications. Switching frequency is internally set at 1.5MHz, allowing the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors. Low output voltages are easily supported with the 0.6V feedback reference voltage.606嘉泰姆
Each of the 2 LDOs is low-dropout regulator that delivers a maximum current of 0.5A individual output. Typical dropout voltage at 0.5A load current is 0.8V. They have excellent load and line transient response and good temperature characteristics, which can assure the stability of chip and power system. The output accuracy of each channel is set within 2% by trimming.606嘉泰姆

Other fixed voltage can be provided in the range of 1.2V~4.5V every 0.1V step. It also can be customized on command. LDOs can also work under a wide input voltage ranging from 2V to 6V. They can provide foldback short-circuit protection and output current limit function.606嘉泰姆
CXPC3346 is available in lead (Pb)-free ESOP-8(with exposed pad for heat dissipation) package.
