CXSD62294是一款采用1 MHz频率，电流模的降压型直流-直流变换器，提供高达4A的输出电流。该芯片的工作电压范围从2.7V到5.5V，输出电压从0.6V到5V，芯片内部集成了主开关管和同步管以提高效率，不需外接肖特基二极管。
