CXSD62293是一款自适应导通时间、谷值电流模、同步降压型DC-DC转换器，可提供高达6A的负载电流。CXSD62293可以在输入电压3.3V～5.5V的范围内提供0.6V～2V的可调节输出电压。芯片内部集成同步开关管，提高转换效率，并且不需要外接肖特基二极管。CXSD62293可设置为三种不同的开关频率，并可外强制为PWM连续模式或脉冲跳跃模式。CXSD62293集成内部软启动、输出软放电、电源正常指示、外部使能和开关自举功能，同时支持输出电压下降模式和外部跟踪模式
