   The CXES4286 CXES4286B is a low RON load switch with controlled turn on. It contains oneJJ0嘉泰姆
N-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 0.8V to 5.5VJJ0嘉泰姆
annd support maximum continuous current up to 1.5A. The switch is controlled byJJ0嘉泰姆
an on/off input (EN), which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage controlJJ0嘉泰姆
signals. Additional features include a 330Ω on-chip load resistor is added for outputJJ0嘉泰姆
quick discharge when switch is tumed off. A well protection is equipped when the deviceJJ0嘉泰姆
enters hard short circuit and thermal shutdownJJ0嘉泰姆
     The CXES4286 CXES4286B is available in small SOT-26 package with smallest components.JJ0嘉泰姆
