CXVD3363

CXVD3363是一个单轨到轨的5阶输出重构滤波器,具有8MHz的-3dB带宽和35V/μs的转换速率。CXVD3363从3.0伏到5.5伏的单电源工作,接收超低6毫安的静态电流,非常适合低功率、电池供电的应用。
CXVD3363采用内部电平移位电路,避免同步脉冲削波,并允许直流耦合输出。它是在-40℃到+85℃的扩展温度范围内指定的。

The CXVD3363 is a single rail-to-rail 5th-order output reconstruction filter with a -3dB bandwidth of 8MHz and 35V/μs slew rate. Operating from single power supply ranging from 3.0V to 5.5V and sinking an ultra-low 6mA quiescent current, the CXVD3363 is ideally suited for low power, battery-operated applications.

The CXVD3363 employs an internal level shift circuit that avoids sync-pulse clipping and allows DC-coupled output. It is specified over the extended -40℃ to +85℃ temperature range.Uvl嘉泰姆
