CXLC89101 DC-DC转换器提供TQFN5X5-28封装的薄膜晶体管(TFT)液晶显示器(LCD)面板所需的调节电压。一个升压转换器、一个降压转换器和两个电荷泵稳压器将8V到14V的输入电压转换成四个输出电压。这些功能完成了大屏幕液晶面板的供电要求。升压变换器提供源电压VAVDD,降压变换器为系统提供逻辑电压VLOGIC。双电荷泵稳压器独立地产生可调节的输出电压VGL和VGH,使用连接到开关节点的外部电荷泵来偏置LCD。升压变换器的开关频率可从500kHz调整到2MHz。降压变换器以750kHz的固定开关频率工作。升压和降压转换器都以异步开关模式工作。电流模式控制提供了快速的瞬态响应,简化了回路稳定。故障保护包括逐周限流、热关机和短路保护、升压变换器过电压保护

The CXLC89101 DC-DC converter provides regulated voltages required by thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal displays (LCD) panels in TQFN5X5-28 package. One step-up converter, one step-down converter, and two charge pumps regulators converter the 8V to 14V input voltage into four output voltages. These features complete the power- supply requirements of large screen LCD panels. The step-up converter provides source voltages VAVDD and the step-down converter provides logic voltage VLOGIC for the system. The dual charge pumps regulators independently generate adjustable regulated output voltages VGL and VGH to bias the LCD using external charge pump attached to the switching node. . The step-up converter operates with a adjustable switching frequency from 500kHz to 2MHz. And step-down converter operates with a fixed switching frequency of 750kHz. Both step-up and step-down converters operate in asynchronous switch mode. Current mode control provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Fault protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limit, thermal shutdown and short-circuit protection, and over voltage protection of the step-up converter. The CXLC89101 is available in a 28-pin TQFN (5mm x 5mm) package
