CXLC8985包括高性能升压调节器、VCOM缓冲器(单位增益OPA)、VGH电荷泵驱动器、VGL电荷泵驱动器和用于有源矩阵薄膜晶体管(TFT)液晶显示器(LCD)的白色LED驱动器。boost转换器为面板源驱动器ic提供稳压电源。该转换器是一个高开关频率(1.2兆赫)电流模式稳压器,集成了20伏N通道0.7ΩMOSFET,允许使用超小电感和陶瓷电容。它提供了对脉冲加载的快速瞬态响应,同时达到了90%以上的效率。该装置可从低至2.8V的输入端产生高达18V的输出电压,VCOM缓冲器可驱动具有高短路电流(150mA)、快速转换速率(12V/μs)、宽带宽(12MHz)和轨对轨输入/输出的LCD VCOM电压。正电荷泵驱动器和负电荷泵驱动器提供可调节的输出电压VGH和VGL,以偏置TFT。两个电荷泵驱动器都以600kHz的开关频率工作。LED驱动器自动调节LED灯条的电源电压,无需计算不同LED类型的输出。它还集成了一个提供高输出功率的20V n沟道MOSFET。低参考电压使电流整定电阻器的功率损耗最小化。一个使能输入可以反复脉冲调整LED的亮度。LED驱动器的boost变换器采用过电流保护和过电压保护,保证了系统的安全运行。CXLC8985包括内部通电顺序、升压转换器的过压/欠压保护和确保安全运行的过热保护。
