CXDC65105系列是一种同步降压型微型DC/DC变换器将感应器和控制IC集成在一个小封装中(2.5毫米×2.0毫米,h=1.0毫米)。稳定的力量输出电流为400毫安的电源仅使用两个外部连接的电容器进行配置。工作电压范围为2.0V至6.0V。输出电压内部设置在0.8V到4.0V的范围内,增量为0.05V。该装置运行由1.2兆赫,并包括0.42欧P通道驱动晶体管和0.52欧N通道开关晶体管。至于工作模式,CXDC65105XCL系列为脉宽调制控制,CXDC65106XCL系列为自动脉宽调制/功率因数调制开关控制,允许快速响应,低纹波和高效率的全范围负载(从轻在待机状态下,关闭设备以将电流消耗降低至1.0μA或者更少。内置UVLO(欠压锁定)功能,内部驱动晶体管被强制关闭当输入电压变为1.4V或更低时。该系列通过软启动功能提供短时开启内部设置为0.25ms(典型值)。系列集成的CL自动放电功能储存在输出电容器CL处的电荷,通过位于在LX和VSS引脚之间。当设备进入待机模式时,输出电压迅速返回作为此函数的结果,设置为VSS级别

   The CXDC65105XCL/CXDC65105XCL series is a synchronous step-down micro DC/DC converter whichDJA嘉泰姆
integrates an inductor and  a control IC in one tiny package (2.5mm×2.0mm, h=1.0mm). A stable powerDJA嘉泰姆
supply with an output current of 400mA is configured using only two capacitors connected externally.DJA嘉泰姆

Operating voltage range is from 2.0V to 6.0V.
    Output voltage is internally set in a range from 0.8V to 4.0V in increments of 0.05V. The device is operatedDJA嘉泰姆
by 1.2MHz, and includes 0.42ΩP-channel driver transistor and 0.52ΩN-channel switching transistor. As forDJA嘉泰姆
operation mode, the CXDC65105XCL series is PWM control, the CXDC65106XCL series is automatic PWM/PFMDJA嘉泰姆
switching control, allowing fast response, low ripple and high efficiency over the full range of loads (from lightDJA嘉泰姆
load to heavy load).During stand-by, the device is shutdown to reduce current consumption to as low as 1.0μADJA嘉泰姆
or less. With the built-in UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out) function, the internal driver transistor is forced OFFDJA嘉泰姆
when input voltage becomes 1.4V or lower.The series provide short-time turn-on by the soft start functionDJA嘉泰姆
internally set in 0.25ms (TYP). The series integrate CL auto discharge function which enables the electricDJA嘉泰姆
charge stored at the output capacitor CL to be discharged via the internal auto-discharge switch locatedDJA嘉泰姆

The CXDC65105XCL/CXDC65106XCL series consists of a reference voltage source, ramp wave circuit, error amplifier,DJA嘉泰姆

PWM comparator, phase compensation circuit, output voltage adjustment resistors, P-channel MOSFET driverDJA嘉泰姆
transistor, N-channel MOSFET switching transistor for the synchronous switch, current limiter circuit, UVLO circuitDJA嘉泰姆
with control IC, and an inductor. (See the block diagram below.) Using the error amplifier, the voltage of the internalDJA嘉泰姆
voltage reference source is compared with the feedback voltage from the VOUT pin through split resistors, R1 and R2.DJA嘉泰姆
Phase compensation is performed on the resulting error amplifier output, to input a signal to the PWM comparator toDJA嘉泰姆
determine the turn-on time during PWM operation. The PWM comparator compares, in terms of voltage level, theDJA嘉泰姆
signal from the error amplifier with the ramp wave from the ramp wave circuit, and delivers the resulting output toDJA嘉泰姆
the buffer driver circuit to cause the Lx pin to output a switching duty cycle. This process is continuously performedDJA嘉泰姆
to ensure stable output voltage.The current feedback circuit monitors the P-channel MOS driver transistorDJA嘉泰姆

current for each switching operation, and modulates the error amplifier output signal to provide multiple feedbackDJA嘉泰姆
signals. This enables a stable feedback loop even when a low ESR capacitor such as a ceramic capacitor is usedDJA嘉泰姆
