CXSB6605系列是PWM控制,PWM/PFM自动切换控制,通用型,双通道升压/降压DC/DC转换控制器IC。通过内部0.9V(±2.0%)标准参考电压,使用外接器件,输出1电压(升压控制器)可以在1.5V~30.0V的范围内自由设定;输出2电压(降压控制器)可以在0.9V~6.0V的范围内自由设定。开关频率高达180kHz,可使用小尺寸外围器件。也有300kHz和500kHz开关频率的客户定制产品可供选择。CXSB6605系列的控制模式可以通过外部信号在PWM控制和PWM/PFM自动切换控制之间选择。当选择自动切换控制,在轻负载的时候可以从PWM自动切换到PFM,因而在整个负载范围里面都能达到高效率。在固定频率的PWM模式,可以很容易地降低输出噪声。CXSB6605系列提供了适合应用的控制模式的选择。软启动时间在内部设定为10ms(输出1),能够在打开电源的时候防止突入电流和过冲电压。CXSB6605 series is PWM controlled, PWM/PFM automatic switching controlled, multi-functional, 2 channel step-up and down DC/DC controller ICs. With 0.9V of standard voltage supply internal, and using externally connected components, the output 1 voltage (step-up DC/DC controller) can be set freely within a range of 1.5V to 30V. Since the output 2 (step-down DC/DC controller) has a built-in 0.9V reference voltage (accuracy ±2%), 0.9V to 6.0V can be set using external components. With a 180kHz frequency, the size of the external components can be reduced. Switching frequencies of 300kHz and 500kHz are also available as custom-designed products. The control of the CXSB6605 series can be switched between PWM control and PWM/PFM automatic switching control using external signals. Control switches from PWM to PFM during light loads when automatic switching is selected and the series is highly efficient from light loads through to large output currents. Noise is easily reduced with PWM control since the frequency is fixed. The series gives freedom of control selection so that control suited to the application can be selected. Soft-start time is internally set to 10msec (Output1) and offers protection against in-rush currents when the power is switched. This also prevents voltage overshoot
