CXSU6355

CXSU6355系列是一种采用CMOS工艺的低电源电流PFM升压DC/DC变换器集成电路。采用先进的电路设计,减少了开关过程中产生的高频噪声,输出电压在1.8V~5.0V之间的0.1V步进可编程,最大频率为350kHz(TYP)。一个低纹波,高效率的升压DC/DC转换器可以由CXSU6355Xxx构成,只有两个外部组件

一.产品概述VHZ嘉泰姆


     CXSU6355 Series is a PFM Step-up DC/DC converter IC with low supply current by CMOS process. High frequency noise that occurs during switching is reduced by using advanced circuit designed, output voltage is programmable in 0.1V steps between 1.8V~5.0V and maximum frequency is 350KHz(TYP.). A low ripple, high efficiency step-up DC/DC converter can be constructed of CXSU6355Xxx with only two external components. CXSU6355Xxx is suitable for use with battery-powered instruments with low noise and low supply current.  VHZ嘉泰姆
