CXLD64012系列可调和固定电压调节器旨在提供5A输出电流,并在1V输入输出差分下运行。该器件的输出电压在最大输出电流下保证最大1.5V,在低负载电流下降低。片上微调将参考电压调整到1%。电流限制也被削减,使在过载条件下调节器和电源电路的应力最小化

The CXLD64012 series of adjustable and fixed voltage regulators are designed to provide 5A output current and to operate down to 1V input-to-output differential. The dropout voltage of the device is guaranteed maximum 1.5V at maximum output current, decreasing at lower load currents. On-chip trimming adjusts the reference voltage to 1%. Current limit is also trimmed, minimizing the stress under overload conditions on both the regulator and power source circuitry. The CXLD64012 devices are pin compatible with older three-terminal regulators and are offered in 3 lead TO-220-2 lead TO-252 package and 3 and 2 lead TO-263 (Plastic DD)S1C嘉泰姆
