       The CXLD6473 is designed for portable RF and wireless e9p嘉泰姆

applications with demanding perfor-mance and space requirements. e9p嘉泰姆

The CXLD6473 performance is optimized for battery- powered systems e9p嘉泰姆

to deliver ultra low noise and low quiescent current. Regulator grounde9p嘉泰姆

 current increases only slightly in dropout, further prolonging the batterye9p嘉泰姆

 life. The CXLD6473 also works with low-ESR ceramic capacitors,reducinge9p嘉泰姆

 the amount of board space necessary for  power applications, critical in e9p嘉泰姆

hand-held wireless devices. The CXLD6473 consumes less than 0.01μA in e9p嘉泰姆

shutdown mode and has fast turn-on time less than 50μs. The other e9p嘉泰姆

features include ultra low dropout voltage, high output accuracy,currente9p嘉泰姆

 limiting protection, and high ripple rejection ratio. Available in the 5-leade9p嘉泰姆

 SC-70 and SOT-23 packages.e9p嘉泰姆
