CXLD6449

CXLD6449系列是一款基于CMOS技术开发的正压稳压器,具有低压差、高输出电压精度和低功耗的特点。内置低导通电阻晶体管提供低漏失电压和大输出电流,内置过电流保护器防止负载电流超过输出晶体管的电流电容。开/关电路确保电池寿命长。与使用传统CMOS工艺的电压调节器相比,可以使用更多种类的电容器,包括小型陶瓷电容器

一.产品概述VHR嘉泰姆


    The CXLD6449C Series is a positive voltage regulator with a low dropout voltage,high output voltage accuracy,and low crrent consumption developed based on CMOS technology. A built-in low on-resistance transistor provides a low dropout voltage and large output current, a built-in overcurrent protector prevents the load current from exceeding the current capacitance of the output transistor. An ON/OFF circuit ensures a long battery life. Compared with the voltage regulators using the conventional CMOS process, a larger variety of capacitors are available, including small ceramic capacitors. VHR嘉泰姆
