CXSU63253是一款高效的同步升压调节器,可将电压转换为2V输入和5.5V输出。主开关采用NMOS,同步开关采用PMOS。它可以在关机模式下断开输出与输入的连接。它可以通过ILIM引脚编程输出电流限制。
