       CXSD62598是一款耐压6V,输出电流达1A的同步降压转换器。其脚位和CXSD6231相兼容,同时其1.5MHz的开关频率,可以使用2.2uH的电感,甚至在小电流是可以使用物美价廉的叠层电感。CXSD62598以其极高的能量转换效率、超低的静态功耗和较大的输出电流,可广泛应用与机顶盒,LCDTV,平板电脑能几乎所有用电设备。是性价比较高的一颗同步降压产品。The CXSD62598 is a high efficiency synchronous buck regulator. The device operates from an input voltage range of 3.6V to 5.5V and provides an output voltage from 0.8 to 5V while delivering up to 2A of output current. The internal synchronous switches increase efficiency and eliminate the need for an external Schottky diode. The switching frequency is set by an external resistor or can be synchronized to an external clock. While switching frequency is set to 1.4MHz, CXSD62598 can allow the use of small external components, such as ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors, while still providing low output ripples. 100% duty cycle provides low dropout operation extending battery life in portable systems.
