CXAS42194是一个CMOS模拟开关,配置为四个SPST。这种CMOS器件可以工作在2.5V到5.5V的单电源。每个开关都能处理轨对轨模拟信号。在+25℃时,关断漏电流仅为1nA(典型值)。
