CXAS42185

CXAS42185是一个配置为8通道多路复用器的高压CMOS模拟集成电路。该CMOS器件可工作在±1.8V到±5.5V的双电源或+3.6V到+11V的单电源。每个开关都能处理轨对轨模拟信号。在+25℃时,关断漏电流仅为10nA。所有数字输入都有0.8V到2.4V的逻辑阈值,确保在使用单+5V或双±5V电源时TTL/CMOS逻辑兼容。

The CXAS42185 is a high voltage, CMOS analog IC configured as an 8-channel multiplexer. This CMOS device can operate from ±1.8V to ±5.5V dual power supplies or from +3.6V to +11V single supplies. Each switch can handle rail-to-rail analog signals. The off-leakage current is only 10nA at +25℃.

All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS-logic compatibility when using a single +5V or dual ±5V supplies.NH5嘉泰姆
