CXMD3299是一款用于直流电机应用的双通道H桥驱动IC。它具有低待机电流、低工作电流、大电流输出、低RDSON等特点。这些特点使它适合做玩具。CXMD3299有16针SOP和DIP封装。
独立的2通道H桥驱动器内置电源PMOS和NMOS。
所有具有前进、后退、停车和制动功能的驾驶员。
低待机和工作电流。
低电阻。(1Ω)
低压运行。
内置热关机功能。

The CXMD3299 is a 2-channel H-bridge drivers IC for DC motor application. It has the features of low stand-by current, low operating current, large current output and low RDSON. Those features make it suitable for toy. The CXMD3299 is available in 16-pin SOP & DIP package.
