CXHA3189是完全集成的电阻可编程双远程温度开关。阈值由外部电阻和负温度系数热敏电阻设置。CXHA3189为两个传感器提供开漏、激活的低温过温输出。这些开关在+2.7V至+5.5V的单电源下工作。CXHA3189有8针SOT-23和AQFN1.5X1.5产品包。
