CXHA3187是完全集成的电阻可编程温度开关,其阈值由外部电阻设置。它们只需要一个外部电阻器就可以在0°C到+125°C的温度范围内设置温度阈值。CXHA3187提供开漏、有源低输出。这些开关使用+2.7V至+5.5V的单电源工作,同时提供±0.5°C(典型值)或±3.5°C(最大值)的温度阈值精度。它们通常消耗33μA的电源电流。磁滞可选择为2°C或10°C。
