CXHA3187

CXHA3187是完全集成的电阻可编程温度开关,其阈值由外部电阻设置。它们只需要一个外部电阻器就可以在0°C到+125°C的温度范围内设置温度阈值。CXHA3187提供开漏、有源低输出。这些开关使用+2.7V至+5.5V的单电源工作,同时提供±0.5°C(典型值)或±3.5°C(最大值)的温度阈值精度。它们通常消耗33μA的电源电流。磁滞可选择为2°C或10°C。

The CXHA3187 are fully integrated, resistor programmable temperature switches with thresholds set by an external resistor. They require only one external resistor to set the temperature threshold within a wide 0°C to +125°C temperature range. The CXHA3187 provides an open-drain, active low output. These switches operate with a +2.7V to +5.5V single supply while providing a temperature threshold accuracy of ±0.5°C (typ) or ±3.5°C (max). They typically consume 33μA supply current. Hysteresis is pin selectable to 2°C or 10°C.
