CXHA3184是完全集成的电阻可编程温度开关,其阈值由外部电阻设置。它们只需要一个外部电阻器就可以在0°C到+125°C的温度范围内设置温度阈值。CXHA3184提供开漏、有源低输出。这些开关使用+4V至+5.5V的单电源工作,同时提供±0.5°C(典型值)或±3.5°C(最大值)或±3°C(60°C至+100°C)的温度阈值精度。它们通常消耗33μA的电源电流。磁滞可在10°C或30°C下选择引脚。CXHA3184有5引脚SOT-23封装
