CXLB7391

CXLB7391是一款使用电流模式PWM操作降压交换式架构的恒定电流,恒定电压的锂离子电池充电器,其工作频率为恒定的500kHz。可提供单节(4.2V)或双节(8.4AV)锂离子电池充电。它设定包含涓流,恒流与恒压三个阶段充电,使用外部侦测电阻进行±10%精度的充电电流调节,其内部使用分压电路与精准的参考电压进行每节电池4.2V±1%精度的充电终止电压控制。 内部比较电路进行充电终止条件检测,当充电电流小于EOC(end-of-charge)或者内部定时器计时终止都将停止充电循环。CXLB7391将检测单节电池电压是否小于4.05V来判断是否自动重置充电循环。当直流输入电源移除时,CXLB7391自动进入休眠模式以减少电池端的供电电流。

The CXLB7391 is a constant current, constant voltage Li-Ion battery charger controller that uses a current mode PWM step-down (buck) switching architecture. With a 500kHz switching frequency, the CXLB7391 provides a small, simple and efficient solution to fast charge one (4.2V) or two (8.4V) cell lithium-ion batteries. The CXLB7391 charges the battery in three phases: conditioning, constant current, and constant voltage. An external sense resistor sets the charge current with ±10% accuracy. An internal resistor divider and precision reference set the final float voltage to 4.2V per cell with ± 1% accuracy. An internal comparator detects the near end-of-charge condition while an internal timer sets the total charge time and terminates the charge cycle. The CXLB7391 automatically re-starts the charge if the battery voltage falls below an internal threshold, 4.05V per cell. The ECXLB7391also automatically enters sleep mode when DC supplies are removed. The ECXLB7391is available in the 8-lead SOP and 10-lead TDFN packages.   g9U嘉泰姆
