CXLB7398

CXLB7398是一款适用于单电池锂离子电池的完整恒流/恒压线性充电器。底部有一个热增强的8针SOP包,外部组件数量少,因此CXLB7398非常适合便携式应用。此外,CXLB7398是专门设计的工作在USB电源规格。不需要外部感应电阻,也不需要阻塞二极管,因为内部PMOSFET架构。热反馈调节充电电流,以限制在高功率运行或高环境温度下的模具温度。充电电压固定在4.2V/4.34V,充电电流可以用一个电阻在外部编程。当达到最终浮充电压后,充电电流降至编程值的1/10时,CXLB7398自动终止充电循环。当输入电源(墙壁适配器或USB电源)卸下时,CXLB7398自动进入低电流状态,将电池放电电流降至小于2μa进入关机模式,将电源电流降低至55μA。其他功能包括电池温度监测器、欠压锁定、自动充电和两个状态引脚,以指示充电和充电终止。

     CXLB7398 is a complete constant-current/constant voltage linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries. With a thermally enhanced 8-PIN SOP package on the bottom and low external component count make the CXLB7398 ideally suited for portable applications. Furthermore the CXLB7398  is specifically designed to work within USB power specifications.No external sense resistor is needed and no blocking diode is required due to the internal PMOSFET architecture .Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature .The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V / 4.34V, and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor.  The CXLB7398 automatically terminates the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmed value after the final float voltage is reached.When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is removed the CXLB7398 automatically enters a low current state dropping the battery drain current to less than 2μA.The    CXLB7398 can be put into shutdown mode reducing the supply current to 55μA.Other features include Battery temperature monitor, under-voltage lockout, automatic recharge and two status pins to indicate charge and charge termination.
