CXPR9X5VA CXPR9X5VL CXPR9X5VU是一种瞬态电压抑制器(TVS),为可能遭受静电放电(ESD)的敏感电子元件提供非常高的保护。它被设计用来代替多层压敏电阻(MLV)在移动电话、笔记本电脑、PAD、机顶盒、液晶电视等消费设备中的应用。
根据IEC61000-4-2,CXPR9X5VA CXPR9X5VL CXPR9X5VU超过CX瞬态电压高达±15kV(触点),并根据IEC61000-4-5,在8/20us脉冲下承受高达3A的峰值电流

    The CXPR9X5VA CXPR9X5VL CXPR9X5VU is a transient voltage suppressors (TVS) which provide a very high level protection for sensitive electronic components that may be subjected to electrostatic discharge (ESD). It is designed to replace multilayer varistors (MLV) in consumer equipments applications such as mobile phone, notebook, PAD, STB, LCD TV etc. HZh嘉泰姆

    The CXPR9X5VA CXPR9X5VL CXPR9X5VU was past CX transient voltage up to ±15kV (contact) according to IEC61000-4-2 and withstand peak current up to 3A for 8/20us pulse according to IEC61000-4-5. HZh嘉泰姆

    The CXPR9X5VA CXPR9X5VL CXPR9X5VU is available in FBP-02C package. Standard products are Pb-free and Halogen-free.  HZh嘉泰姆
