The CXPR7149 product is a high integration solution for lithium-ion/polymer 3xx嘉泰姆

battery protection. CXPR7149 contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy 3xx嘉泰姆

voltage detection circuits and delay circuits.3xx嘉泰姆

CXPR7149 is put into an ultra-small SOT23-5 package and only one external 3xx嘉泰姆

component makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.3xx嘉泰姆
CXPR7149 has all the protection functions required in the battery application 3xx嘉泰姆

including overcharging, overdischarging, overcurrent and load short circuiting 3xx嘉泰姆

protection etc. The accurate overcharging detection voltage ensures safe and 3xx嘉泰姆

The CXPR7149 monitors the voltage and current of a battery and protects it from being damaged due to overcharge voltage,overdischarge voltage, overdischarge current, and short circuit conditions by disconnecting the battery from the load or charger.
