CXPR7139包含先进的功率MOSFET、高精度电压检测电路和
延迟电路。CXPR7139被放入一个超小型SOT23-5封装中，只有一个外部
组件使其成为电池组有限空间的理想解决方案。CXPR7139具有电池应用所需的所有保护功能，包括过充电、过放电、过电流
以及负载短路保护等。准确的过充检测电压确保安全
和充分利用充电。低待机电流消耗很少的电流从电池中储存。
该设备不仅适用于数字手机，也适用于任何其他锂离子和锂聚合物
需要长期电池寿命的电池供电信息设备。

The CXPR7139 product is a high integration solution for lithium-ion/polymer battery protection.
CXPR7139 contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and
delay circuits.CXPR7139 is put into an ultra-small SOT23-5 package and only one external
component makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.CXPR7139 has all the protection functions required in the battery application including overcharging, overdischarging, overcurrent
and load short circuiting protection etc. The accurate overcharging detection voltage ensures safe
and full utilization charging.The low standby current drains little current from the cell while in storage.
The device is not only targeted for digital cellular phones, but also for any other Li-Ion and Li-Poly
battery-powered information appliances requiring long-term battery life.
