CXDR75104 CXDR75105 CXDR75106主要为基于DSP和处理器的系统提供电路初始化和时序监控。在通电期间,当电源电压VCC高于1.1 V时,将断言复位(重置)。此后,电源电压监管器监控VCC,并在VCC保持在阈值电压VIT+(1)以下时保持复位(重置)激活。内部计时器延迟输出返回到非活动状态,以确保系统正确复位。延迟时间td在VCC上升到阈值电压VIT+以上后开始。当电源电压降到阈值电压VIT-(2)以下时,输出再次激活。不需要外部组件。所有器件都有一个由内部分压器设置的固定感应阈值电压VIT。CXDR75104/CXDR75105包含手动复位输入,MR。MR处的低电平导致RESET(RESET)激活。CXDR75104/CXDR75105/CXDR75106具有WDI引脚。watchdog定时器由WDI的正或负转换周期性地触发。当监控系统未能在超时间隔内重新触发看门狗电路时,ttout,RESET(复位)在时间段td内变为激活状态。此事件还将重新初始化监视程序计时器。保持WDI未连接将禁用监视程序。产品光谱设计用于2.5V、3V、3.3V和5V的电源电压
