CXDR7538 CXDR7539系列集成电路是三端可调并联调节器,在整个工作范围内保证热稳定性。这些集成电路具有很强的导通特性、较低的温度系数和较低的输出阻抗,是开关电源、充电器和其他可调稳压器等应用中齐纳二极管的理想替代品。CXDR7538 CXDR7539系列ICs对于所有软件包都是无铅的。所有类型的输出电压可以设置为VREF(2.5V)和相应的最大阴极电压之间的任何值。

一.产品概述HJH嘉泰姆


  The CXDR7538 CXDR7539 series ICs are three-terminal adjustable shunt regulators with guaranteed thermal stability over a full operation range. These ICs feature sharp turn-on characteristics, low temperature coefficient and low output impedance, which make them ideal substitutes for Zener diodes in applications such as switching power supply, charger and other adjustable regulators. The CXDR7538 CXDR7539 series ICs is pb-free already for all the package. The output voltage of all types can be set to any value between VREF (2.5V) and the corresponding maximum cathode voltage. The CXDR7538 CXDR7539 precision reference is offered in two bandgap tolerance: 0.4% and 0.8%. These ICs are available in 2 Packages: TO-92, SOT-23- 3HJH嘉泰姆
