CXDR75142是一系列超低电流消耗(4.5uA型)的高精度电压检测器。在车辆识别号=3.0V)和内置延迟电路。它可以在很低的电压下工作,这使得它非常适合系统复位。CXDR75142由高精度电压基准源、比较器、延时电路、输出驱动器和电阻阵列组成。内部预设检测电压具有低温漂移,不需要外部微调。有两种类型的输出,CMOS和N通道漏极。CXDR75142提供小型SOT-23封装,无Pb。
