CXDR75142

CXDR75142是一系列超低电流消耗(4.5uA型)的高精度电压检测器。在车辆识别号=3.0V)和内置延迟电路。它可以在很低的电压下工作,这使得它非常适合系统复位。CXDR75142由高精度电压基准源、比较器、延时电路、输出驱动器和电阻阵列组成。内部预设检测电压具有低温漂移,不需要外部微调。有两种类型的输出,CMOS和N通道漏极。CXDR75142提供小型SOT-23封装,无Pb。

      CXDR75142 is a series of high precision voltage detector with ultra-low current consumption (4.5uA typ. at Vin=3.0V) and a built-in delay circuit. It can work at very low voltage, which makes it perfect for system reset. CXDR75142 is composed of high precision voltage reference, comparator, delay circuit, output driver and resistor array. Internally preset detect voltage has a low temperature drift and requires no external trimming. Two type of output, CMOS and N-channel opendrain are available. CXDR75142is available in small size SOT-23 package which is Pb free.
