一,产品概述(General Description) 5YT嘉泰姆
The CXLD6481 series are highly accurate, low noise,LDO Voltage Regulators that are 5YT嘉泰姆

capable of providing an output current that is in excess of 800mA with a maximum dropout 5YT嘉泰姆

voltage of 1.0V at 800mA（CXLD6481-1.8V）.This series contains three fixed output voltages 5YT嘉泰姆

of 1.2V,1.8 V and 2.5V that have no minimum load requirement to maintain regulation.On chip5YT嘉泰姆

trimming adjusts the reference/output voltage to within ±2% accuracy. Internal protection 5YT嘉泰姆

features consist of output current limiting, safe operating area compensation, and thermal shutdown. 5YT嘉泰姆

The CXLD6481series can operate with up to 15 V input. Devices are available in SOT2235YT嘉泰姆
