CXLD64247是一款CMOS低漏失电压调节器,能满足超低噪声的应用。CXLD64247具有输出电压精度高,漏失电压低,启动时间快的优点。由于CXLD64247的低噪声无需外部bypass电容就可以实现,故能满足要求理想电源的RF应用。CXLD64247是针对手持和电池电源设备设计的,它的EN引脚可以与晶体管逻辑相兼容。当CXLD64247的使能使芯片处于关断状态时,输出电压几乎接近为0。CXLD64247主要包括电流限制,热关断和快速瞬态响应的功能,它还具有开漏输出的PGOOD信号,用以检测输出是否正常。CXLD64247的输出电容需采用低ESR的陶瓷电容,它采用了可以减小板子空间的2mm×2mm的TDFN-6封装。CXLD64247还提供了宽范围输出的固定版本。The CXLD64247 is an efficient CMOS low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator optimized for ultra-low-noise applications. It offers high output accuracy, low dropout voltage and fast start-up time. The CXLD64247 provides a very low noise output without a bypass capacitor, ideal for RF applications where a clean supply voltage source is required. Specifically designed for handheld and battery-powered devices, the CXLD64247 provides a TTL-logic-compatible enable pin. When the CXLD64247is disabled, power consumption drops nearly to zero. Key features include current limit, thermal shutdown and faster transient response. The CXLD64247generates an open-drain PGOOD signal to monitor the output regulation. The CXLD64247works with low-ESR ceramic capacitors. Available in 2mm × 2mm TDFN-6 package which reduces the amount of board space for power applications. The CXLD64247offers wide fixed output voltage versions.
