      CXLD64222系列是高精度,低噪音,正电压,带电压检测器的LDO调整器芯片。此系列芯片采用了CMOS生产工艺,具有很高的纹波抑制和低输入输出压差的特性。CXLD64222系列的芯片内部包括一个参考电压电路,一个误差放大器,一个电流限制器,一个相位补偿器和一个驱动三极管。电压检测器的检测范围是从0.9V到6.0V,间隔为0.1V。电压调整器的输出范围是从0.9V到5.5V,间隔为0.1V。CXLD64222系列也可使用低ESR的陶瓷电容。由于具有很好的瞬态响应,即使负载变化,也能保持稳定的工作。芯片内部电流限制器的foldback电路可提供输出电流限制器和输出引脚的短路保护。CXLD64222系列具有一系列的特性供客户选择,如电压监测,输出逻辑检测,内置上拉/下拉电阻等。CXLD64222FY系列的内部置有延迟输出电路。延迟时间可通过外部电容设置(半定制)。The CXLD64222/CXLD64223 series are highly precise, low noise, positive voltage LDO regulators with voltage detector manufactured using CMOS processes which features high ripple rejection and low dropout. The series is compased of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor. Detect voltage is selectable in 0.1V increments within a range of 0.9V ~ 6.0V and VR output voltage is selectable within a range of 0.9V ~ 5.5V. The series is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors which give added output stability. This stability can be maintained even during load fluctuations due to the excellent transient response of the series. The current limiter’s foldback circuit operates as a short-circuit protection as well as the output current limiter for the output pin. The series provides optional user selection for a variety of circuit applications such as detector monitoring, detector output logic, CE and EN pin input logic, internal pull-up/down resistors. The CXLD64222/CXLD64223FY type can delay the detector output. Delay time can be controlled by the use of an external capacitor (semi-custom).fHU嘉泰姆
