一.产品概述
CXSD6227是一款36V输入颗输出电流高达3.5A的异步降压稳压器,并同时集成了所有车载充电器所需功能,如频率可调,输出限流可调,输出线补可调,以及1.2A限流器,输出带载检测,兼容BC1.2 DCP供电口/苹果2.4A充电/三星平板充电接口的USB接口识别等模块。同时其输出电压范围可髙至12V,可以用于满足高压快充要求的各种降压充电系统。CXSD6227内部集成了过压保护功能,在输入电压超过38V后保护,并可承受50V左右的耐压。可广泛用于车载,智能电表集中器等各种领域。
The CXSD6227 is a total solution IC specifically for high voltage USB charging applications. It includes a wide input range, high-efficiency, and high frequency DC-to-DC step-down switching regulator that is capable of delivering up to 4A of output current and a low side USB current limiting switch. The DC-DC in CXSD6227 is a current mode converter with a fixedfrequency that is externally adjustable. There is also a cable resistance compensation feature that allows users to adjust the output voltage to compensate for the voltage drop due to cable resistance.
An OVP function protects the IC itself and its downstream system against input voltage surges. With this OVP function, the IC can stand off input voltage as high as 42V, making it an ideal solution for industrial applications such as smart meters as well as automotive applications. In automotive systems, power comes from the battery, with its voltage typically ranges between 9V and 24V. Including cold crank and double battery jump-starts, the minimum input voltage may be as low as 4V and the maximum up to 36V, This makes CXSD6227 ideal for the automotive application.
There is also a low side current limiting USB switch in CXSD6227. The current limit is internally set at 1A. Since the total output current limit of the DCDC can be externally adjusted with a resistor, this 1A USB switch provides flexible configurations for two-port USB charging system.
