     The   CXSD61052  is a current mode monolithic buck switching regulator. Operating with an input qjX嘉泰姆

range  of 3.6-40V, the CXSD61052  delivers 2A of continuous output current with two integrated N-ChannelqjX嘉泰姆

 MOSFETs.qjX嘉泰姆
   The CXSD61052 internal synchronous power switches provide high efficiency withoutqjX嘉泰姆
the use of an external Schottky diode. At light loads, regulators operate in low frequency toqjX嘉泰姆
maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. Current mode control provides tight load transient response qjX嘉泰姆

and cycle-by-cycle current limit.qjX嘉泰姆
          The CXSD61052 guarantees robustness with short-circuit protection, thermal protection,qjX嘉泰姆
start-up current run-away protection, and input under voltage lockout.qjX嘉泰姆
  The CXSD61052 is available in 8-pin ESOP  package, which provides a compact solution withqjX嘉泰姆
minimal external components. The package has  an exposed pad for low thermal resistanceqjX嘉泰姆
